This ambitious project, based in Ciudad de la Costa, marks a major post-career venture for two of the game's greatest icons.

The name Deportivo LSM reflects the combined legacy of the duo—Luis Suárez and Messi—who have now transitioned from Inter Miami teammates to co-founders of a club with long-term vision. The move comes as part of their shared commitment to youth football development in Uruguay.

Club Vision and Facilities

The club evolved from Suárez’s original sports complex, which has operated since 2018. With Messi joining the venture, the project has scaled up significantly. Deportivo LSM now features:
